3D Printed Spring Probe Test Fixture

This test fixture was required to test a new product. This was designed using a Gerber file of the PCB under test, then 3D printed and ESD treated. The design encompasses innovative spring loaded ball bearings. This allows operators to simply push the PCB under test onto the test fixture. Once tested it can then be easily removed with no other actions. Tall alignment pins align the board to the precise location before test pins engage.
